Tiffany Stone Pendant
I love "Halloween" Tiffany Stone! I love the warm yellow & red colors and the penetrating black dendrites! I wrapped this beauty in 14K Gold Filled wire (what else?) with a minimal topper. There is a feature at lower left that looks like a fracture, but at close inspection it appears to be an immature dendrite. The cabochon was cut for me by Steve at Bitter Brook Cabochons.

Lace Agate Pendant
Fans of the perfectly awful "Family Guy" television show will immediately recognize Stewie in this designer cut Ocean Jasper cabochon from Bitter Brook Cabochons. There are so many fireworks in this football-cut cab that I wanted to use an unconventional wrap. The 14K Gold Filled wire blends in with the cabochon's color, as does the bomb-burst topper!

Fifties Slag Pendant
This glitzy pendant features a designer cut Fifties Slag cabochon from Steve at Bitter Brook Cabochons. The cab is mostly a clear background with golden & white swirls throughout; a really nice cabochon, especially wrapped in 14K Gold Filled wire! A dainty open topper mimics the patterns in the cab.

Here's a small pendant with an oval cut Ocean Jasper cabochon. The cab is a beautiful green and yellow, with big yellow orbs; one (at left) even looks like a famous cartoon mouse! It's wrapped in 14K Gold Filled wire to complement the cab's color, and a topper that looks like crashing waves just seems to "fit" on this Ocean Jasper cab.

This little pendant features an extreme-cut Orbicular Jasper cabochon from Bitter Brook Cabochons and a 14K Gold Filled wire wrap. The cabochon has tiny whitish orbs surrounding reddish cloudy areas; there is a feature in the cab that looks like a tiny fracture as seen.

I wish I had more of this Cinnabar in Quartz! The material is very expensive to purchase, and getting the Cinnabar to be prominent in a cabochon is difficult. But isn't it pretty? This tiny cabochon is wrapped in Sterling Silver wire with a wraparound topper. Wow!

Here's a large oval Polish Flint cabochon wrapped in Sterling Silver wire. The cab has a hypnotic wavy pattern with a great polish (polish, not Polish...). The pendant has a "shy heart" shaped topper to finish off this big, beautiful piece!

Chinese Turquoise Pendant
This Sterling Silver wrapped pendant has an unusual freeform cabochon of Chinese Turquoise that is domed on both sides. There is a definite "front" side of the pendant, however. Click here if you want to see a pendant that can flip over. There are a couple of tiny vugs near the largest black area on the cabochon, but you have to look for them to find them. A sweet little pendant!

Some cabochons, while not rare or expensive, have unique patterns that make them desirable. This Brecciated Jasper cab was so pretty that I wrapped it in a Sterling Silver wire "sling" that draws the attention away from the surrounding pendant, right at the cabochon ("Hey, look at ME!"). This one's a stunner!
